Documents Legalizations
Legalizations of export/commercial documents: The documents required are 2
Invoices + 2 Bill of Ladings or Air Way Bill + 2 Certificates of Origin
(optional). The Fee is US$ 70.00 per set. All Invoices and Certificates of
Origin must be certified by an officially authorized Chamber of Commerce.
Legalization of other documents: The Embassy can legalize original documents
or notarized copies. In all cases, each document must be previously certified
by either of the following: County Clerk, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of
State or similar State level Authority. Documents from a foreign country must
be previously certified by the Consulate of the same foreign country. Enclose a
photocopy of each document for the Consulate’s record.
Submit the document(s) to the Embassy, with a pre-paid return envelope and a
Company Check or Money Order payable to the Embassy of Paraguay.
